On the practice of mantra chanting
The ancient practice of chanting mantra’s is as simple as it is powerful. It involves the repetition of sacred sounds or syllables, creating sound vibrations that positively influence body, mind and spirit. Like our physical practice, mantra yoga helps us find inner stillness, improve concentration and calm our emotions. It allows for a deep state of meditation, raises our consciousness and supports healing and transformation.
