Curious to discover how the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda can support and reinforce a yogic lifestyle? Then this workshop is for you! Ashtangi, yoga teacher and ayurvedic therapist Sabrina will give you the practical basics of Ayurveda and show you how to use them in daily life to feel steadier, healthier, and more energised.

We will look at why Ayurveda is essential for yogis: it helps create the physical and mental stability needed for a steady practice, supports deeper breathing, improves digestion and recovery, and keeps your prana flowing freely. When yoga and Ayurveda work together, the practice becomes safer, more balanced, and more sustainable.

What you will learn

You’ll learn practical tools you can start using right away, such as:

  • how to choose foods that support your personal constitution (dosha Vata Pitta or Kapha)
  • simple lifestyle adjustments to reduce any imbalances
  • everyday herbs and spices to bring your system back into alignment
  • using the Ayurvedic dosha clock to plan your day more effectively
